Ewelina Ellsmore is a passionate advocate and leader in promoting the Polish language, literature, and culture in New South Wales. She is Head of Culture at the Polish Australian Chamber of Commerce, where she is leading a landmark collaboration project with the University of Łódź (2025–2026) — the first initiative of its kind in Australia. This unique program fosters appreciation of the Polish language and literature while strengthening academic and cultural ties between Poland and Australia.

In addition to her role with the Chamber, Ewelina is the Principal of the Polish School Liverpool, where she inspires new generations of students in Polish language and traditions. She also coordinates the Sydney edition of the annual Polish Film Festival.

Through her leadership, Ewelina has delivered numerous events in collaboration with institutions such as the NSW State Library, the Consulate General of Poland in Sydney, and the Polish Club Ashfield.
