Literature session 2 at PolArt Adelaide brings together a vibrant mix of voices from across Australia. Grupa Poetycka Jeszcze Raz blend poetry and song to celebrate the Polish language, while Eliza Anna Falkiewicz combines her talents as a poetess, actress, and lyricist in poetic-musical works. Jolanta Hildebrandt-Mazurek of Sydney’s Poetralia shares her passion for Polish poetry and workshops, alongside acclaimed Sydney poet Ela Chylewska, author of several volumes and published widely in Australia. The session also features Ewelina Ellsmore, a cultural leader and advocate for Polish literature, and Bogumił Drozdowski, who presents witty and lyrical poetry written over more than 30 years. Rounding out the program, Melbourne’s Iwona Staniec shares her poetry and plays, created for and performed with the Polish community.
