Melbourne Polish Children’s and Youth Choir

The Melbourne Polish Children’s and Youth Choir was founded in 2019 and has quickly become a vibrant part of the Polish cultural scene. With a mission to promote Polish language, music, and folklore within Melbourne’s multicultural community, the choir offers children and youth of Polish background a unique opportunity to stay connected to their heritage through singing and dancing.

Since its founding, the choir has performed at numerous cultural festivals, concerts and events across Melbourne and Geelong. These include the annual Polish Festival at Federation Square, the Grand Finale of the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity and the Nasze Polskie Kwiaty concerts. The choir also proudly took part in the prestigious triennial PolArt Festival in Sydney and is now excited to perform at PolArt Adelaide.

The group’s repertoire has grown over the years—from traditional Polish children’s and folk songs to a wide range of Polish and international popular music, film soundtracks, and choral pieces sang acapella or with piano accompaniment.
